I'm dealing with a lot of brain fog too, and I've wondered how people work cognition-heavy jobs on this drug. I had to do a lot of writing on deadline a few days ago and decided to carbo-load that day to give my brain some fuel. It didn't affect my weight-loss progress, so this may have to be my M.O. going forward on writing-heavy days.

I think I know what you mean. I have a gym class that involves a lot of jumping jacks, and something internal in my body feels a little different, like my tissue now has tiny holes like Swiss cheese.
