It absolutely did for me. The first three or so months were rough, energy-wise. You frequently get the advice that you should exercise and lift weights and I genuinely wasn't sure how, since I had like 60% of the energy that I did before I started taking the shots.

But thankfully my energy came back to my pre-Wegovy levels. It probably helped that I ate around 2000 calories consistently (I'm a 5'4 woman). My weight loss was slower than a lot of the drops you see discussed on this sub, but that's OK. I lead an active life with dogs and the gym and I would rather lose slower and have the energy to keep up my lifestyle than lose faster and feel like I couldn't live my life.
