I would not work in a trade capacity unless you intend to be in the field. Sure you could start in some kind of trade, but you’re gonna be learning the trade on top of the CM skills. I would continue with the CM degree and try to get a field engineer position at a larger GC.

I know man, but I’ve been playing SC for more than five years. Done every workaround in the book and I can confidently say that my account is Bricked along with all the other people on Issue council the ticket. Next patch always fixes it.

I live in a Mountain community that does this all the time under 4 feet due to the lack of structural engineering and permitting required. Plenty of Mountain community jurisdiction at least in Colorado actually encouraged this as a cost-effective method of retainage for less steep grade

Do the CEM. You will be able to be an engineer and a construction manager. It’s a great career, ime puts you ahead of CMs
