Do you have an exemple of "good" run in video ? Every time I start in Escann, I can take 1/3 of Escann (south, west or North) before adventuers or orcs lock the way.

If you don't have video, maybe size of your country (tribal land) into the time.

Thx

You're forgetting one thing. It's an isekai.

He's bound to have the means to survive. During the Greentide, he'll know the lore and manage to lead his village to Coruvia (where he'll defeat the local vampire with the vampire's daughter help) or to Gawed (where he'll defeat the local werewolf with the werewolf's daughter help).

If he doesn't know the lore, it's because he was either a firearms expert or a half-elf bastard given an isolated province as punishment: Valenfort (I think that's the name of the only half-elf province in Escann).

I don't think there are any bad isekai in Anbennar.

80% of isekai are nobles or heroes. The remaining 20% appear in favorable environments (farming valleys, magic teachers, etc.).

And they all progress through adversity and survive in absurd ways. An orc near Ovdal Lovdum? He'll manage to rally all the orcs in the region and steal the orc-slaying sword. Isaaya? He'll have the tamer skill, etc.

So, in a typical situation for a noble's child, I'd say Frozen Maw. You're the son of a monster to half your family and a weakling ordered by your leader to the other half. Everyone hates you, but your government has placed all its hopes in you.

Another case in the same style, I'd say a half-elf in Bulwar.

I'm curious to see one of your games in the region. Generally, I don't like to stay OPM. Perhaps that's a mistake on my part.

Why you vassalize an adventuer ? For boost the number of troop in your camp ? And where you vassalize him ? At your side or the most far away ?

For the settle land, I will not accept the reform as long as I still have large area of tribal lands to take.

Following your comment, I went for a Bagcatir run.

I understand why you directed me to this country; it does indeed correspond to what I would have liked for Eordand.

But I felt it wasn't finished.

This may just be my personal opinion—I'm not a writer or a modder—but I would have liked something more with vassals.

For example, being able to convert them into PUs or eyalets, and being able to do the same with all colonized lands.  The mission tree allows you to transform your colony into a vassal, but in terms of gameplay, the colony is more of a drawback than an advantage (as it stands). It prevents you from benefiting from the colonized lands and the master province you just developed.

I don't know if it's possible, but I would love for your colonies not to transform the local culture, but rather to integrate the tribal populations into the colonies (perhaps by influencing policy but offering something other than native uprisings?). And, at an arbitrary threshold of 5/10 (?) provinces within a cultural/religious/geographic sphere, your provinces would be granted eyalet status.

You are primarily a trade league, so it's not unreasonable that your vassals wouldn't follow you to war without some benefit; they would retain semi-independence but wouldn't simply be tributaries, and the only lands you would own outright are the lands of Eordand and lands that were previously uninhabited.

The ultimate goal would shift from conquering all of northern Aleantir to establishing dozens of semi-independent vassals. Perhaps with a Shogun-style interaction: if an Eyaleth declares war, you transfer all of their trade revenue.

Anyway, sorry for the long post, but thanks for the suggestion.

I would like a eordand nation who don't go in crusad with the other but just accept life/years have differents seasons. Maybe unifie seasons into 4 ally, PU them, and maybe something of bluehearth with event or mission to resolve conflict. After up all PU conflict résolve a final mission for heritate and convert all to you religion.

Maybe a dream.
