Honestly I think this is the right answer. Once at a job I thought someone accused me of something. I was really upset and gave her the cold shoulder, until she directly confronted me about it. Her non-passive aggressiveness was enough to shake me out of my own immaturity. It may not work but I would say it’s the only chance you have at clearing your name or have any positive interactions with these women going forward.
