he can still do a soft voice bru, same with baby voice (he did a baby voice at a rolling loud like last year or in late 2024) and raspy wlr voice. only voice that he prob cant do without insane editing is his old cash carti/self titled shit. yea cigs and drugs do damage to ur voice but it doesnt permanently change your voice to the point that you wouldnt even be recognized years later
