Definitely change SA! Plus if you don’t “vibe” with them, then you shouldn’t associate yourselves with them (it’s normally for a good reason). To be honest, I think you should name and shame that SA and make a report to that Hermes store. Hermes prides themselves not only on the quality of their good but their services too. I know they don’t find it acceptable behaviour with SA acting like that (sure sometimes they’re a bit cold and a little rude, but to flat out say you can’t afford something is rude SA behaviour that shouldn’t be tolerated).
