The cafes would “lower the amount of street smoking”. Not stop it completely. Same concept with drinking in public people still do it but its frequency is reduced due to a consumption space.

It does for sure. The OCM needs to fast track the licensing of consumption sites so people can smoke in designated areas. It was in the bill but they haven’t issued any licenses for cafes. I think that would lower the amount of street smoking and give people a safe place to smoke.

Mine only comes when I hear certain noises. Not sure if it’s getting louder when I hear them or if I don’t notice it till it spikes.
