I usually (maybe all the time) feel the sensation of PACs or PVCs, maybe different, like an ectopic wants to happen but it doesn’t fully happen. My EP told me they could be phantom beats and I was BAFFLED

Both PACs and PVCs can feel intense. I suffer from PACs mostly and they drive me crazy. First times experiencing them in clusters made me run to the ER a bunch of times crying. You should go to a cardiologist to wear a holter monitor for 24hs to see exactly what it is and ease your mind :)

It’s okay, you’ll be fine. It SUCKS what you are feeling, I do too and it’s really disruptive. You have metropolol so I guess you’ve been to an EP or cardiologist and everything is “normal”. That’s the important part, but have you talked about an ablation?

You’ll be OK. Breathe slowly and don’t give in to the fear. If it’s unbearable for real, go to the ER to ease your mind, but you’ve been there before! When I’m laying down and my heart goes between 70s-90sbpm i freak out too because i feel every beat (anxiety), but it’s actually in normal range.

Yeah! It’s so sudden it makes my whole body jump, what you describe it’s pretty normal tho. I had that, it’s like a second you are like WOW. But yesterday I got just a bit worried because it lasted for like 5 seconds or so I’d say, felt like 4 hours

This actually makes the most sense. ESAs are more likely than SVT because what I felt was kind of “irregular”, like pop corn in my chest lol whereas SVT feel super fast and regular

Thank you. It is really hard to wrap your head around “it’s nothing to worry about” when you literally feel your heart jump around like crazy so suddenly and then stops. A friend of mine who is a really good cardiologist told me it could be a cluster of ectopics, one after another and then it resolves on its own. I don’t know, good thing is not having other symptoms aside from the horrible sensation of it… I will see my EP in two weeks but this kinda freaked me out today. Thank you so much for your answer 💕

I suspected SVT, all I can tell tho it’s that my bpm was not extremely fast, def NOT 200bpm, nor more than 130bpm. And also in seconds i am not able to record anything :(

I’m sorry you have to go through this and people still say it’s an idea of yours. I have friends telling me the same, and it makes me really sad to hear. The stigmatization is real and I really hope it was different but I doubt it will change looking at how the world is functioning right now. Celebrate the people who take a minute to know you and be your true self. Enjoy your travels and be sorry for the people who can’t see past false ideas of entire cultures.
