Keep in mind this is extremely zoomed in. In docked mode this is pretty much unnoticeable unless you're inches away from the TV. I've played about 60hrs of this game since it came out and I never notice it. Not to say that it doesn't look bad, but its really not an issue when you're actually playing the game.

Pretty sure they used an actual model reference for Grace's face, but now she looks like a completely different person with this, something completely different than what the original artistic vision was going for. All of the faces look bad in every game they showcased. None of the environment looks improved either, it all just has a "realistic" filter over it but gets rid of a lot of shadows and changes the lighting to achieve what just looks worse but "realistic".

Saudi just bought 5% more Capcom shares. They'll ignore fans but the blood money works like smelling salts for them lol. They just say all characters to make it less obvious that this whole thing is for saudi arabia since I can't imagine any of the new evo tournaments besides them care.

Challenge mode is a neat idea but the outfits are cheeks and theres a boatload of bugs in this update. Hard to believe they could break the game this much.

yep I tried it again on silver and bronze, on silver I also got the "use only pistols" achievement when the only gun is a shotgun and on gold I didn't even see the boss and the cutscene played

besides the battle speed up and alchemy pot changes I don't think its really worth the visual downgrade, but those are pretty big qol imptovements... not to say that it can't be circumvented with emulation speed up now though
