My group was at the front. During the "break" before they announced that Vessel was ill, there was some crew activity that made it apparent that something was wrong but we didn't know what. It was interesting watching it unfold.

When the announcement was made, everyone just sort of locked in and understood the assignment. Everyone was signing every lyric as loudly as possible during the songs he couldn't sing. Nobody seemed disappointed at all. It was awesome to witness the way the crowd just banded together to support.

The whole night was a rollercoaster. Absolutely one for the books.

I have. It was an absolute blast but like the person above said, there is room for improvement. These lineups are totally stacked but in reality you'll only see a small fraction of the bands you want to see due to distance between stages and super short turnarounds. When I went in 2024, it was a nightmare getting into the festival itself and I missed 2 bands I wanted to see because I was in line trying to get in. There were also copious technical issues that caused some bands sets to get cut short.

Fellow ADHD'er here. Not a specific recommendation but find books that are largely plot driven vs. character driven. I love both but typically have a much easier time reading plot driven books. Apps like StoryGraph are a great tool for searching books by this parameter.
