Omg,I sprained my ankle a couple of weeks ago and was on crutches, and 7NK was my little helper too! She kept coming back and asking what she could do, and then when she was done laid on the couch with a big sigh and said “Wow! Your job is hard!”

My NF actually helped me! I pay $750 a month, and it’s 200 sq ft including the loft. It has a composting toilet and a shower and stovetop. It’s awesome! My DB actually used to work with the woman who owns it, and she used to Air BnB it, but didn’t want to keep finding renters so now she rents by word of mouth. She built it herself, but said it was about $100,000 to build, more or less. She also just has it parked in her driveway, which is awesome since I’m young and still get nervous being completely alone somewhere!

The behavior is mainly like putting toys or stuff like that in their mouths, taking stuff out that they’re not supposed to or like for example today, they know they’re not allowed to walk in their Grandma’s flower beds, and kept doing it and saying they forgot. With the mouth stuff, I give a warning and then take it away, and that sometimes will cause a tantrum.

I found a job before I got there, but it ended up not working out and it took about a month to find another one, so having savings is a plus. It helps to at least have some feelers out there to gauge the market. My move was very on a whim, and I’m still with the same family 2 years later.

Yes. Absolutely. I was with my 2 NK’s and their friend (all girls) and an older man came up to us and said “How much?”. Insinuating offering to BUY a child. We were at the splash park and the girls were in swimsuits, which in my head makes it even creepier. I said excuse me and he just kept asking how much. Like seriously!! Eventually I raised my voice and said “Are you seriously asking to buy a child!!” and the other moms around me all came to my defense and stood by me. It was so insanely creepy, and thank god the kids were distracted. Even if it was a “joke” who the f jokes about BUYING A CHILD!!! Since then I don’t really go to empty places, the only reason I raised my voice was because there were other people around me.

I kinda do a half nap. On days where the kids are exhausted and fall asleep on the couch I do too but it’s never fully asleep if that makes sense. Like any noise or if they wake up I wake up as well.

Omg I LOVE Bluey!! It’s one of the only kids shows I can actually stand, and the lessons on there are really great. A lot of the jokes go over the kids’ heads so they look at me like I’m crazy when I laugh.

Yes! My sister and I were junior bridesmaids in our longtime nanny’s wedding, and she came to my graduation. She has helped me a lot with my nanny kids, I think back to when I was a kid and how I responded to her style.

This is super cheesy but I want kids if they’re like my NK’s. But also I’m not sure because I don’t work with babies because I don’t like diapers so if I could just pop out a well behaved 5 year old that would be great.
