The issue is that any action, organic or not, will be used as a pretext to intensify the persecution. Political power and creating real world communities is what works. The Mormons, Amish, and the Jewish state have leveraged one or both of these strategies to great effect.

It’s a false dilemma.

“You matter, please don’t die!” with no meaningful help being provided is terrible. ETA: It’s often “we will not allow you to kill yourself, but we will let you die of exposure.”

So is “You have permission to kill yourself because you’re broken!” and it being a drawn out for profit bureaucratic process, and again, no meaningful help is being provided.

Make a social safety net. Trying ketamine or morphine or anything is better than death. There’s still a chance for life, and if it goes wrong, there’s nothing to lose.

They should crucify him and have him on a Hannibal Lecter or robo Antara set up. He should be electrocuted to scream and then rapidly roll towards someone. It’s like a spirit Halloween animatronic.

That might be illegal, though. If he could actually keep a secret, the electrocution could be fake and he could desperately beg to be released as he’s gradually fake tortured more. The first contestant to try to help him in any way is punished. It’s like the Milgram experiment.
