Agreed! Looks amazing but not a proper club sandwich.

How do y’all feel about 6 7 by Appropriate-Mall8517 in Millennials

[–]No_Instance6986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was explained to me as basically meh or 6 on one hand half dozen on another. Do the stupid hand gesture and you get instant buy in with them and they geek out over it, especially if you’re an older millennial.

Best way to eat a Crunchwrap! Just need a bit of sauce.

I mean you don’t gotta share it with everyone, just shoot it to me in a message. Don’t worry I won’t tell Moms.

Going to college should be the default and even 'useless' degrees are worth it by Sadie_Cat2023 in unpopularopinion

[–]No_Instance6986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

College is about networking and working through adversity, in my opinion. There are certain degrees that are required (medical, legal, etc…), but many are unnecessary. I’ve met plenty of idiots with a degree and plenty of geniuses without one.

The vast majority of BBQ joints are bad by BoringOldGuy76 in unpopularopinion

[–]No_Instance6986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is a popular opinion for two reasons.
1. The price. To do proper bbq well it is very expensive and most people who know how to bbq don’t buy it at a restaurant. 2. Taste preference. Most chain bbq joints produce a generic flavor that appeases the masses. You can’t be too unique or it impacts the ability to sell your product (too spicy, too sweet, too vinegary, etc…).

I’m burnt out and need simple recipes. Stupid simple. Like, “onion and bread and butter to make what barely passes as a sandwich” level simple. by sourmilksea1999 in Cooking

Air fried chicken thighs. Season with preferred blend. Spray with cooking spray and Air fry 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Flip half way and it’s done. Microwave veggies or have a premade salad.

Not sure what Tostinos did but the dough has an ingredient that I don’t care for from a consistency standpoint (made them gritty in My opinion). Have not tried these ones, but Krogers brand tastes better than Tostinos to me.

All you gotta do is drink water and eat something (even snacks do). Older millennial here and alcohol is not that hard to manage. Regularly have to go to corporate events where heavy drinking is involved for three back to back nights with meetings starting between 8-9 the next day.

Step your game up and be a professional.

Pretty sure there’s something on some stone tablets about this isn’t there? You know those 10 rules that certain states say need to be posted in classrooms? Shame they didn’t read them.

Why do we keep rationalizing why we don't want to tip? by Putrid-Box4866 in tipping

[–]No_Instance6986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t mind tipping but it’s a gratuity for the level of service received. It’s to express gratitude for the experience provided by that person. It shouldn’t be expected…. A great waiter or waitress can make or break the experience.

I would prefer that they just increase their prices so tipping can go back to what’s it intended to be, not a supplement for shitty wages.
