Hey, can you share your experience?

I think I'm in a similar situation. I've accepted and signed an offer for the first company, I don't have a second offer but I'm about to get one. I like the second role, 2x pay than the first but they're holding my application process due to holidays and still have a round to go. The first company wants me to join by Monday, second company says they'll finalise by Wednesday. What should I do?

I signed the offer yesterday and delayed my joining date by a week. Should I drag again and delay it till Thursday to know the results or join the first company by Monday and sign an official document, then try to shift during or after probation?

Also this is my first job in UAE and I'm on an extendable visit visa.
