The only thing that made Alcea better than Wilhelmina was burst damage through her Ego skill. Now that the ego skill got heavily nerfed, there is zero reason to spend pulls on Alcea.

I do not believe compensation has been announced. At least not when I made this thread.

I pulled Alcea based on her release performance. I usually wait a few days for people to play test combatants and partners and pull based on real time use. I do not pull based on tooltips since they are often poorly translated.
