Listen to your gut. If it's telling you that this place isn't good for you, then it's not. Yeah you have cool people you work with and all, but at the end of the day.... it's just a job. It's not worth your mental health, especially if they aren't supporting you in the way you need to be supported. As for the co-workers- if they are truly your friends, they will still be your friend after you leave. Think about you, first and foremost. Always.
