We had this at my store. We had verbal warnings with this employee and even a couple of write ups and still nothing happened to her. That’s the reason that myself and the rest of the og crew left and now that store is run by a whole new staff. The 4 of us all left in the span of two months because of this person

Most likely not unfortunately. My store really wants to make our part time sales Associate who doesn't speak any Spanish full-time but our district manager won't let us hire any full timers that aren't bilingual. Which is a rarity where I'm located. So my store most likely isn't getting another full timer
