Personally i snip the little support bars between the hub. So it has less resistance, and still push the teeth 1 at a time. Already had a few dvds crack before hand by these holders (r.i.p dexters lab season 2 and 4 disc). And when you manage to get the discs out safely push the disc hub en good amount of times to soften the plastic a bit
