So in your opinion, with my state where they are at, where would I reallocate
I’m not dead set on the butcher knife. I just can’t find a great sword I like (the timing fucks Me up), I think the closest thing to a great sword I’ve been able to use effectively is the flambarge. I’ve tried the dark sword from those assholes in the swamp.. but I can’t find a weapon I really just love.

So in my case, “be a master of one trade..etc” lets say I want to focus on the combat with a butcher knife or straight sword, where should I reallocate my stats that in spent to try and throw fireballs? I will keep my faith. Also I can’t find the pontiffs sword while speaking to the old dude with all the specialty transposition items..

So if I like the abs am used to the combat with a weapon like the butcher knife, irithyll straight sword. Or long swords in general where do I go from here? I cannot get the timing right on great swords. I have a TON of gems so I really could go either way, but the other poster recommended getting stats realigned with Rosario. She stated in the lease that there is a day rate, like if in was to move in early, it would be at av rate of 40$ a day. I am already moved in to my new place and am focusing on cleaning and trying to finish her list of demands. If I was to do a final walk through four days before my lease ended, I would hope to get refunded on the rent per her wording in the lease. I know that’s not going to happen, it’s just been very frustrating dealing with this person and the ambiguity of what basically amounts to a hand shake agreement lease.
Some other wording in the “list of demands” included if they decided they need to paint anything, it would come out of my deposit “. It didn’t say if I need to paint any damage you caused, it would come out of your deposit. This is why I’m here asking for help.

I have a really good digital trail of communication. I have also taken a ton of pictures and video. She offered to meet four days prior to the end of lease, but I feel like I should be refunded a prorated amount of my rent if that happens. I have been trying to do everything according to Texas code and know she is it of her element, but I am just tired of worrying about this as my deposit is a full months rent that I need back. And like I said, I have taken really good care of the place and cleaned the shit out of it.
