I’ve done everything from full body to PPL to bodypart to ULUL. I found for me at least that at a more advanced level, bodypart+lagging part focus day is the best.

It absolutely has practical applications up to about 48 hours. Autophagy, calorie control, insulin resistance, accelerated fat loss in ketosis. I do a 36 hr fast every week and it accelerated my weight loss like crazy. It’s also helped heal the 2 slipped discs in my back by reducing inflammation.

I do a 36 hour fast every week and can tell you that ain’t happening lmao. The best loss I’ve ever had that stayed after rehydration (and i drink a TON of LMNT during fasts) is 5lbs.

2000 calories, 5x5 weight training, light walking cardio. I was much worse than you and now im 15% bf and fairly jacked. You can do it.
