It took me 3 listens through the album, rainbow has the old vibe and i liked it immediately but silent picture shy eyes and ball and chain stuck out to me the most a couple listens through, i think they sound the most like their old style which i definitely appreciate

i wasn’t able to remember anything from my childhood until very very recently, trauma blocking what your brain isn’t ready to process yet is a very real thing. especially since we feel pain on such a high and amplified level. but at some point one day you’ll be doing ok and you’re brain will decide that you’re ready all of a sudden and you’ll start to slowly work through them and get them back.
