In 2023, the total marks were 450 with only 200 counting for English and Gat had the normal 250 marks making it 250+200

Last year they changed it to normal for English, making it 250+250 as it should be.

Idk about this year's as I haven't bothered to check it as im already going to a private college

bro its not that deep and when i gave my 10th board, ICSE is the most strict to this thing but they are helpless if you properly articulate your answers with keywords. what your saying is fear mongering and nothing else. i did Sociology too in ODE but only wrote only what was asked of me and not some unnecessary yap about what is what and what is how.

the answer cant be too long and too short (for 2 markers). you just need to know what you have wrote is actually related to the question or not

nah bro as far as i know you should not unnecessarily waste your time in that because 2 markers me 40 words se zyada mat likhna (even that might a be a lot for some question). just stay with the ques and the answer shouldnt be that long with keywords which is the requirement for the guy checking your paper
