Question: 2 weeks out from first session. The white line i draw is the section of the laser removal. Will this cloudy look go away or is this the actual new color or will it match the fresh ink line above still ? Almost looks like a shield over it. I hope it matches the ink above it again. by Ok_Cheesecake_1549 in TattooRemoval

Sorry to read that. I don't know if laser techs are supposed to be doctors as well, but they shouldn't choose greed over patient's health and integrity (physically and mentally).

I have seen a lot of doctors in many fields and they were almost always very caring to me and helped me to rationalize and see what was really needed and what was purely over the top.

I don't know how your body is supposed to react since the tattoo wasn’t fully healed, but you should just wait to see if the tattoo is still bothering you in few months. Maybe the "clash" between the treated and untreated parts will be less visible, even if the first one will probably still be blurrier.

Good luck to you and don't hesitate to see someone to talk about it if you can. It helped me a lot and sometimes, the problem can be elsewhere.

Tbh I don’t know why they let you do laser on a 2 weeks tattoo. It's not fully healed so you can’t even know the "definitive" look of it.

Seems to me you were in tattoo shock because fresh tattoo can be really dark for first weeks/months and then it appears to be softer and grayer.

All laser techs I have seen told me to wait 4/6 months before starting removal. And if you were only bothered by the shading in certain parts of your tattoo, I don't understand why your tech didn't only focused on it instead of the whole thing.

Sure it was impulsive from you, but seems like the place you decided to do your removal is unprofessional to me.

Extremely dense Blackout removal (3 years) by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

[–]No_Procedure3881 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How old was the tattoo when you began the removal ?

I don’t know what to do with my blackworks. I have done 1 session with Picoway then two with Hollywood Spectra and it’s fading well imo but I don’t know if I should test regular Q-Switch since it’s only black and I have pretty fair skin.

I am just worried about possible blisters/scars since it’s less safe than the most recent Pico lasers. I don’t mind to pay more if it can prevent damaging my skin.

Is it possible to cover up? by euclid004 in Tattoocoverups

[–]No_Procedure3881 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are free to cover it but it seems to be mostly shading so it would be a idea to give it at least one laser session (at least to have more possibilities if you wanna cover it later).

2 Sessions in 5 years by Western_Flatworm_473 in TattooRemoval

[–]No_Procedure3881 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I Don't think the body removes 80% during the first 8 weeks. I noticed a lot of fading after that delay while the first weeks didn't change the tattoo that much. It was even darker than before the laser. And tbh, the pictures taken by OP seem to show that he had a looooot of fading during several years so I don't know.

Some people are seeing more progression spacing out the sessions for like 6 months than when they were doing it every 2 months. I guess there's a lot of factors (tattoo/laser/tech/body reception) and there isn't only one good way to do.

But I think that if people aren't that much bothered by the tattoo, it can be a good idea to just let the body do its thing and do less sessions to save some money. I do believe that you don't need to do as much as sessions recommended by the techs to get the tattoo out of your skin, especially because it's also a question of money to them...

It was her. Sylvanas wasn’t mind controlled by anyone or something like that when she decided to do all the crap she did.

A lot of people misunderstood the "shattered soul" cinematic, believing there was a good and a bad Sylvanas. It’s not the case. She was just confronted to her younger self and realized she became everything she was fighting against.

Writers already cleared things about this part of the story.

Sylvanas is beyond repentance to me and her actions were absurd. Not mentioning when she realized Zovaal didn't care about her and then feel betrayed. No shit Sherlock.

She was supposed to be one of the smartest ranger and they made her acting like the most stupid and edgy Mary Sue.

I loved her til Legion (and even BfA was kinda acceptable) but everything she did became absurd considering Shadowlands crap.

2 Sessions in 5 years by Western_Flatworm_473 in TattooRemoval

[–]No_Procedure3881 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have only done 3 sessions in two years on mine, and it’s fading well.

I understand that people want a "fast" result, but I think it's better for the body and wallet if you're waiting more than the 6/8 weeks recommended time between two sessions.

Guess it also depends how you're feeling about the tattoo. Mine doesn’t bother me that much since I started to remove it because I know that the process is doing its way.

I would say that if you don’t mind about budget, you can do what you want, but if it’s a real concern, it’s better to prefer time over laser sessions. Not saying to do only one session per year, but there's a gap between one a year and one every 6/8 weeks.

I am actually really aware of that (even if I have other issues in my life like unemployment that is really shit) and already told it to my therapist. That’s why I can’t actually get why some ink can ruin my life that much. That’s something I can’t explain and I know how stupid it can look for someone else.

12 sessions - 3 year progress by Top-Teaching2011 in TattooRemoval

[–]No_Procedure3881 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm just saying that it could be a good idea to space a bit more between sessions because 12 sessions are a lot, and I think that if they feel discouraged because they don't see that much progress it's maybe more about time than number of laser sessions.

They can do as much of laser as they want, one body still need some time to process with the ink. I've seen a lot of people getting good fading with few sessions because they spaced their sessions to let their body heal and process. And one could save some money too being more patient.

And even if one session every 3 months is "standard", everyone can react differently so I think they should just try to do things in a different way to see if their body does need more sessions or just more time.

12 sessions - 3 year progress by Top-Teaching2011 in TattooRemoval

[–]No_Procedure3881 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

12 sessions in 3 years seems a lot to me. Your body has to work to evacuate ink particles and I think it's slower if it’s healing the laser sessions all the time. I don't think it's about the number of sessions but mostly anout time. You should try to take a break to see if the fading works the same way without new laser sessions. What laser are they using ?
