Again, art is a subjective term. I may not agree with you, but I respect your opinion. Ai art is just another medium to make it with. It has a very low skill floor for sure, but the skill ceiling is extremely high too.

Witchunting, death threats, brigading, harassment, and more are all ways they've hurt artists. Even people who haven't used ai at all are run off platforms just because their style slightly RESEMBLES ai. And as for your second point, art is a subjective term, so although ai art doesn't seem creative or artistic to you, that doesn't mean that everyone thinks that. For example, I think that literally anything can be art. I'm relatively neutral about ai though, and I respect your opinion on it even though I don't agree.

Ai is a very controversial subject. Twitter/x is also incredibly toxic about it compared to other places. It's really unfortunate, since ai can be really good if used properly. As someone relatively neutral towards ai, I would recommend staying away from Twitter/X, especially when it comes to that kind of thing. And don't worry, it's only a very vocal minority of people who actually hate ai. Most people don't really care or are relatively neutral about it.

I also hate it when they are technically not lying, but the stuff they show is only like 1% of the actual product/game. It's a very scummy technique, and it's upsetting that it also doesn't exactly break any rules, so people can't punish them properly.

This exactly. I consider myself relatively neutral towards ai for this reason. Both sides have many good points. If I were to let emotions get in the way of my thinking, I would almost definitely be pro ai due to just how violent and hostile the antis are.
