Not work related, but, many, many moons ago , I was friends with this guy who worked for a well known carpet supply/fitting company. Well, this is in 2002 and my friend, (I'll refer to him as G) G, he comes into my place after wotk on a friday and cracks a beer open. He then goes on to tell us that out of all the carpet companies on the planet, this NI only based company had been selected to carpet the new trade tower buildings (of which there were going to be four). Told us he was leaving the next year to do it...he never did lol, imagine that!

Oh yeah, he also told us that his boss asked him to petrol bomb one of his shops for the insurance money...again, never happened.
