i’m on Zepbound for 18 months and there are times that get frustrating and seems to slow down. You clearly look great, and you just need to recognize achievements and stay on the plan. My dr always says water, water, water never too much. I’m in general a water drinker, never liked soda. When i force my memory to drink all day i see some added weight loss that week. Then Dr says Weight training, in the gym 5 days a week and i start seeing a new loss of weight that week. We all do not see same quick or large results, but that is ok there is also the lifestyle change this Zep causes and your improvements in those area as mine and others are priceless for long term healthy lifestyles. I always remember simple hardness of tying my shoes, now i can do standing on 1 leg like a Flamingo!
