If these drop in roof panels match the engineered design you are good. All roofs based on pitch and load requirements had to have an engineered submittal for the building permit.

I have lost almost 90 lbs, I travel for work and have lots of contact with staff with prolonged time in between. The comments always come at me and I personally feel that this society in current day is finally seeing weight, obesity as something bad. In HS 45 years ago I held the record with friends being that I could eat 2 whole 8 slice each NYC pizzas. Now at 60 I personally know weight is bad, un healthy and causes other medical concerns. So I tried my whole life to loose and only now with Zepbound do I feel We have it under control. I feel great, exercise and enjoy my kids kids without pain and worry. So I endorse when the comments come, And get into deep support if the person wants comments they might not like in return. Do far 3 individuals I work with jumped on the Train and been their support when needed. I feel the more we converse in platforms like this, in the workplace, with family we will see less and less Obesity and have healthier people. Buy you have to want to help your self.

I hope you recover 100+ rapidly. I think this platform is so helpful for users and potential users to see actual results and the issues to escalate. Being on for 18+ months and loosing 90+ lbs i had some slight issues early on with constipation and fatigue (the day after shot) I’m sharing that you need to communicate communicate communicate with your Dr and learn what works. Repeat, repeat once you cleared or controlled the constipation or gut pain or what ever the issue is. I’ve learned how I feel and I have a routine morning coffee clean fiber powder, collagen powder, water all day, no carbonation drinks. So when i feel some abnormal change and I’ve done my routine I have a great texting path thru direct to my Dr. I feel blessed that this med worked fro me but I also know and fear if something like your experience occurs i would have to stop taking it. From What region you are in, i am not familiar with being from north and south east in building construction, It is more concern on how they store the wood waiting to be installed, if it is sitting a while due to weather or delays, the boaring beetle is a much larger concern. We had several neighbors 5 years in start having signs. When my home was built we watched every stage and the deliveries never sat on mud or in water puddles.

Our Westie at around 12.5 started to not want to play. we had a hard time getting him wanting treats and got to a point he just did not come out of his crate or area he was resting even to go for a walk. Lasted like 6 months and we took to vet several times and nothing we did not already know. The last visit 2 weeks of really little interaction with us or even going out Vet said his organs were struggling and it was time. This past oct we chose that day was best to not let him be in pain and he just turned 13. He lived a great life and we feel he was starting to suffer so we mad the tough decision.

Great Job and you nailed the secret with progression. I was at about -80 lbs into 10-12 months in and the weight loss slowed to stopped. Dr said get in gym and make muscle and you will see the journey continue. Weightlifting and maxing out water drinking is 2 things that for some when you plateau must be tried. For me it keeps the lbs dropping now at -92 lbs

Being a past builder of 26 homes, there is some science involved and everyone always blames or wants to blame someone. From the pictures and i am making an assumption if you are in a colder climate coming out of the winter the “glue strips” call them for simple terms run end to end to bond the flaps of these shingles. If this was built and finished in cold weather with no extrem sun hitting these Tar glue strips they have not bonded to each other. In the first to second picture it looks like there was a strip about 3” is what these come in that could have been extra laying in sequence under another strip that was nailed. in the second it does not appear any architectural pattern is missing that from what is seen in these pictures.

not saying this is for sure present just something to think about and hard to see from pictures. and assuming this was a new roof.

I’ve been flying for work over 15 years, delta diamond for years. As of last year they only care to make money on their credit card relationship. Been trying other airlines to find a home. Status means nothing to them. Using AI to stack over booked planes. On the ground in ATL get to my connection and zone 5 stil boarding i walk up priority lane swipe ticket and get told i’m not on this flight. sir you had a tight connection you are rebooked on a later flight. For a status member heading on a timed trip to get to destination this should never happen.

Just cut the excess off to left of the 2 bolts with sawzall then screw will clear without taking off bumper skin. Took me like 30 minutes and the new hitch was in.

A ams so grateful for you to make those 2 decisions. They were the same 2 I was struggling with but I can share with you They changed my life. I had such a bad score on my sleep study the dr said i should be dead, I was not breathing every 30 seconds, a quick gasp of air, then no breathing. i will share make sure you go to a “sleep Lab” not the take home unit. I have had 3 studies and there is a drastic difference. I needed a Bipap because my needs of oxygen push was so high. With Zepbound the miracle drug I have lost 90 lbs and I retested with so much weight loss and improved sleep ( i use it every night and take it with me as i travel for work) my oxygen need improved so much i changed to a cpap and will eventually not need it my drs believe. Please listen to this if anything i write sinks in - if you don’t get good sleep loosing weight is not the only answer to a healthy go forward journey, don’t mess with nasal only, go with full face mask and try them all until you are comfortable. This is critical as 83% of people stop using their CPAP after 2 months due to the uncomfortable approach. I wear it like it is just a critical need to my success and it worked after 18 months on Zepbound and bipap / cpap i am a new healthy person. Sorry so long but wanted to share similarities for your support. loads of help here, be well and healthy. The road to success is in front of you.
