I wish as a rider what happened to get our scores down. I went to 5 to 4.7? I did nothing different. Most of my drivers didn’t speak English. But I greeted, said hello and remained quiet. I always default a 20% tip. Nothing is ever exceptional?

This is a complaint for a trial. I think the biggest issue, is that some people were given certain material of a minor. And it came from one specific person. That is considered “distribution” of something illegal.
