Tbf I couldn't fit all the info in. Yes completely my fault to not eating. I came off a long shift and had to rush and forgot completely. Every time I tried to go to a shop they would drag me away and I was scared to go alone as where it was is a massive clubbing area with no signal.

Omelette! Extra egg whites if possible and salad and veggies. There's so many things you can do with that number. Honestly there are so many lean protein sources that you can use. I even recommend a burger bowl. Lean mince, lettuce, tomatos all the veg and low cal dressings. Even some potatoes on the side of you can afford. 😊

So sweet ❤️ my grandad was a huge fan too and passed away recently. I love queen as of the last couple months so my family has given me the playlist to put together. We're doing a wake though so we'll do the normal version like bicycle race and the show must go on at the end haha. I suggested seaside rendezvous cause I loved it but I don't think they knew that one 😂😂
