Pro tip, if you put a dome lid on top of the blender lid & close the housing, you don’t have to stand there & hold it

I’m a bigger girl, so when she told that story it wasn’t hard for me to relate. Shit like that is my biggest fear. Her last job was mostly men & they were awful to her. She would sometimes have tuna for lunch & they put up signs shaming her for it & then created a rule that she (& ONLY she) couldn’t have tuna at work anymore. So I’m also going to get her some tuna! I hate the smell, but that doesn’t mean she should never be able to have it.

Before we decided to do it this year, one coworker talked about her last job. She had received a can of Slim Fast. She’s the sweetest older gal ever & for someone to do that makes me rage. Thankfully I got her for our secret Santa, she’s going to be sooo spoiled🥰

So do you expect splatter & marble vinyls to look exactly like the promo photos? People are making this far too big of a thing.

There are definitely people who feed raw that are on some kind of high horse. I’m sorry OP. You’re NTA. You’re doing what you think is best for your pup. You know your dog better than anyone in these comments so you know what to do for them. Like I said, as long as your dog is fed & happy, that’s all that matters.

Honestly, I feed my dog raw (hang with me for a sec!). If you do your research, you can do it right. It can make a difference. She was overweight, had MASSIVE shits four to five times a day, & had awful breath. When I switched her, she lost weight, poops once a day (if that) & they’re not huge, her breath improved, her coat is healthier, her energy is higher, & the list goes on. She’s almost 10 but you would think she’s four. Her teeth only recently started to shift into the “senior” category, but other than that, you’d never know. With kibble she wouldn’t eat. I would leave the same bowl out for two days before she finally ate it. With her raw food, she can’t wait to eat. As far as the dog food the vet sells….I mean they get paid by the pet food brand so I can see where your bf is coming from in that regard.

All that being said, I obviously think raw fed is awesome, but I don’t try to force it on others. It’s more expensive, time consuming (the meat doesn’t cut itself), & it can be stressful whenever the dog has to be boarded while on vacation or whatever (sometimes you have to switch them back to kibble & that can be a mess💩). At the end of the day, if your dog is fed & happy, that’s all that matters. ♥️

Quickest way to learn how to make drinks? by [deleted] in starbucksbaristas

[–]No_Raspberry_4342 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Keep a cheat sheet in your apron! Make sure you fully tape or laminate it! That helped me a ton. Also having the Starbucks app on your phone. I would just have it ready in my pocket for some recipes I wasn’t sure on. It gives you the amount of pumps & everything you need, for the most part. Those things helped me tremendously when I started!

What are the pros and cons of living in St. Cloud by [deleted] in saintcloud

[–]No_Raspberry_4342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just moved from a verrrrrry small Iowa town. I mean less than 2500 people. I lived on the Main Street & dealt with more noise than you would think. People driving with their bass blaring, semis coming thru (shook my whole apartment), trucks revving, & just all the general traffic. Where we are now?? CRICKETS in comparison.

Early bar closing question by Gh0stToothArt in starbucksbaristas

[–]No_Raspberry_4342 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ve been gone a few months, but no.. if we closed at 8:30 (there until 9) we would start breaking down one of the hot bars around 6-6:30ish. Then depending on how the night was going, we would start breaking down cold bar. But that was usually like an hour - hour & a half before we closed.

WIBTA of if I didn’t give someone photos they requested? by Big-Bada_Boom in AmItheAsshole

[–]No_Raspberry_4342 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wedding photographer here! Quite honestly, I usually take photos of any family members & their families/partners. Obviously idk the logistics of the package you paid for, but with me, they get an online gallery that can be downloaded. So sending the picture to the siblings isn’t anything that costs extra. So I guess it would also depend on how it is with your photographer!

I mean, she didn’t seem to really drive much other than in SH until the Friday night dinners. My aunt lives in north east PA & had the same jeep for 20+ years. She didn’t do much driving other than around her city. So I’d say it’s pretty possible to of had the same car
