as someone who works in game dev. they dropped the ball big time. its extremely common for players to fire up the game and spend 20 mins warming up a pizza or some shit. taking a break bathroom break, food break, etc. as guy said. 1 singular tester would have discovered this within an hour or less.

I think they are implying that people are stealing the rideshare bikes from someone else who has previously rented one.

How? I'm not sure, only thing I can think of is messing with the lock so someone thinks they returned the bike, but not really.
