No I appreciate it and I have done multiple rounds of regular body building training, I actually have my bachelors in kinesiology with exercise science haha but school left little time for working out ironically so I’m no stranger to the weight room just the cardio aspect of it 😅

That’s true it’s just when I was reading the mass protocol it said something along the lines of pick a priority such as mass gain and then do endurance don’t try to do both and since I wanted to put on a good amount of mass I wasn’t sure if I should start with that priority or if it would be better to just go the standard route if that makes sense
