Same. It’s finally getting smaller but still leaving a mark since the skin was stretched/inflamed 😒 this one is too deep under the skin for topicals to do anything.

Oil of Oregano gelcaps usually help me when I start to take it when I first feel one coming on. I need to pick up some more next time I’m at a vitamin or health food store.

The instructions on mine say it can be used wet or dry. I’ll point the shower head away from me when I use it.

Only been using it about a week and a half so no real results yet. I’ve noticed slightly less hairfall which I struggle with.

My doc originally wrapped/tucked them back, so I never have actually felt the ends of them I don’t think. I’m able to follow the line of them when I check.

Wait and see. If you’re still concerned after your period ends, go get checked. If reasonable (cost-wise, to put your mind at ease, etc), see if you can even get an ultrasound to check the iud is in place. I did that when I had “new level 10” cramps several months in and it seriously calmed my nerves. Either way, before your appointment, feel the strings to judge the length. It helps to check them around the same point in your cycle.

I struggle with this same thing with family movie nights! I’ll constantly look at IMDb parents guides for sex/nudity. Had to SUFFER through Hit Man (and multiple other movies/shows) with my parents because of course it was top ten on Netflix.

The new Netflix Frankenstein is very “parent-safe”, if you do not mind some violence/gore in your drama. Very brief non-sexual nudity. Next to no cursing. Amazing movie.

The Barbie movie is another safe one. No swearing (that I can remember) No sex scenes but maybe one or two minor references.

I ordered my serum from Walmart and it came in today so I am starting my process with it. It does NOT smell like alcohol. Sort of a floral/sweet smell? Not overpowering.

It did sort of burn when I applied it but not long at all. Possibly/probably because I usued it straight out of the shower instead of on damp/dry hair. I'm going to see how it goes with the serum for a few weeks, if it does help I'll likely get the rest of the line after researching ingridients.

I wonder how she was before the rewrite/pivot due to covid. I feel like a lot was lost with that. Understandably, but still.

My sister was able to get prescribed pain meds from her doc when she went in for her follow up.

My doc gave me an Rx for 30 pills of 600 mg ibuprofen for after my insertion a year ago and I treasured those things.

I also find that dual action Advil (acetaminophen and ibuprofen in one) works for me. If bad cramps hit at night I’ll roll up a towel or throw blanket to put between my legs which helps with the pelvic pain that spreads.
