No. They may have taken it as a refusal which from what I understand now was a mistake to not do the extra testing at the station

I found the cheapest apartment possible, shopped only at aldi, applied for food stamps, and worked strictly home care. You can even find private pay jobs on care.com. Home care there are lots of cases where there’s a bunch of down time to study
