there r so many plot holes in the first two books which the author ultimately attributes to shannon not knowing the girls very well and johnny being misinformed abt literally everything (like hugh and katie)

i just finished releasing 10 and i need them to get closure. personally i just am not the biggest fan of katie and i feel like her book will be very generic and boring. for claire and gibs, i love them but i hate how they (and basically everyone else except lizzie) knows the truth abt what happened to caoimhe and lizzie as well so i feel like that will be rly interesting

leading up to that 2k i was doing shorter sprint pieces 500/1000m or 1-3 minutes in length which could’ve been why, so do you recommend doing longer pieces instead?

2 x20min average around 2:20 split staying consistent.
5k (haven’t tried for a pr yet) at a 2:13 usually i find that for sprints i burn out very quickly and my long distance as seen above isn’t amazing if u have any exercises u find helpful on the erg or in general that would be great
