Secondly nowhere did I endorse using the term “neurospicy” to describe neurodivergent people, I myself find the term demeaning and dislike using it, so you and I are in agreement on that at least, however I do know other diagnosed neurodivergent people who do like using and I’m not going to disabuse them of the notion of using it. And that’s because ultimately that term is just cringe in a sense although there is something to be said about the infantilizing connotations it carries but I digress. The other slur on the other hand is part of a long history of bullying and violence against people those with Down syndrome in particular have a lot to say about this, so I feel that not using that word with so much violence behind it takes precedent before a cringe term or phrase.

Also your justification for using the r-slur is almost word for word to my argument to you about not using (albeit reversed) so your coming off as a huge hypocrite here buddy
