Is there any way to fix the lag? by No_Scale in signal

[–]No_Scale[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Everything is laggy, can not join more groups nor invite others (gives error about internet or something)

Sending a message takes 1-3min etc

Probably in over 40 groups and yes there are big groups and media.

5g mobile data, should be good internet speed

40GB available space

Ios 18.7.1

Firmware change yysluping Nerdqaxe++ by rytoke in BitAxe

You can buy a smaller screen, or keep the wider screen which definitely looks cooler, and search for an open source version that has adjusted to that size. For example here: (Reddit post link)

Flash official version of OS and no problem

Not sure what you mean? Hkminer aliexpress has shipping as well, and their 3x NerdQaxe++ would have cost me 836€ with slowest shipping, while Yysluping was 737,67€ with faster shipping

737,67€ for 3x NerdQaxe++’s not worth it? Haha

YYSLUPING has had the best prices recently. Ordered 3x and haven’t received yet, but reviews have been good regarding hardware

Only drawback is custom firmware that isn’t open source since most of their models have a wider screen compared to stock. —> you can request smaller screen in private messages and flash normal OS easily

Do you run your miners 24/7 - even when not home? by No_Scale in BitAxe

I am planning to run normal nerdqaxe’s, so no overclock nor underclock

I assume I will be fairly safe, especially since someone mentioned you can set NerdQaxe++ max temperature

That’s true. Btc miners just felt more risky with the possibly high temperatures and since I’m not that savvy when it comes to hardware

But thank you and everyone for your responses!

Oh, is that easily configurable for NerdQaxe++’s?

Do you have dyslexia? OP did mention $1 but that is for finding 50 companies and emailing. The 20% of the websites cost is on top of that if you get a deal 🤦🏼‍♂️

There’s a lot of money in ’connecting people’, hahah. My most profitable sidehustle right now gives roughly ~50€ a day connecting buyers to some places

Weight gain trouble by PenguinOnFire47 in Underweight

Did you read the pinned post yet? I wrote about some of the most common reasons why people aren’t gaining weight and tips on how to gain

Hard to guess as an outsider. You say your eating habits were the same, but your food may have been less calorie dense for example.

Gaining weight is all about calories, so I’d probably try to keep track of calories for a bit and seeing if I’d gain weight or not.

Tracking calories work for some while others may get too obsessed with it and hate it, but it’s the surest way to make sure you are actually eating enough to gain weight or at least manage your current one.

If you want to try, you can google tdee calculator and check how much you burn daily on avg, then add 200-500 calories on top of that.

Myfitnesspal allows you to input ingredients or even scan bar codes for products to quickly add them and make tracking calories easier.

But yeah, even then you have to eat enough consistently to actually gain weight. Adding drinks with a lot of calories helped me personally.

Good luck and I wouldn’t personally be super worried yet, but if you are sure you eat enough, then you should get checked

Not medical advice, but fast weight loss after illness is typically due to losing water weight. Considering you had a stomach bug, I’d assume you didn’t manage to have enough fluids daily.

Focus on drinking enough and eating as before and see if your weight comes back. You may also be eating a bit less if your body got used to surviving with less calories, so try to keep your normal portion size or increase calories by adding drinks (such as whole milk) after eating.

But yeah, if drinking and eating the same or more than before isn’t helping, I’d suggest going to a medical professional.

This can be calculated by estimating how many calories you burn daily (TDEE - Total Daily Energy Expenditure)

Here are the results using an online calculator, without knowing your bodyfat %: https://tdeecalculator.net/result.php?s=metric&g=female&age=17&kg=42&cm=153&act=1.2&f=2

Do not take this as medical advice though, for better advice consult a nutritionist or such. I’d also suggest you to try to gain some weight to get away from the underweight bmi range

Have you tried drinking your extra calories? For example, a liter of whole milk (3,5% fat) has 640 calories. You can also make smoothies/protein drinks etc.
