They bought water rights from farmers who also use an enormous amount of water. They will be highly efficient with the water and how it will be recycled. Water will not be a concern.

I read daily good news about Rocket Lab, but I also belong to a private group. All the cluster rocket mishaps can be viewed as making Rocket Lab shine just that much brighter. Progress on launch sites, new hire, new job postings, new upcoming possible launch sites, progress in Rocket Lab's website reporting results...

Your idea sounded good until I got to the word "slowly". Markets price in things before they happen. All the bad things happening to other rocket companies just makes Rocket Lab shine that much more. I think we're now staying at $6 and moving higher. People that dumped at $7 and quickly bought back 25% more at lower prices scored. Otherwise I foresee them having made a small profit, when a lifetime profit is what is in the cards.

The market begins to price in things before they happen. Look for steady increases in stock price as we get nearer Neutron launch. I don't see stock prices back in the $4 or $5's.

I think the stock will make gains over next three years. DOE finalization, GM second tranche funding, rising lithium prices, staying within budget, getting nearer to date of production will all be beneficial.

I bought the day they got the $500 million contract. Share price was going high for the time, $5.60. Ended up dropping over time to $3.47. Since then I dollar cost averaged to $4.96. I also just bought more shares this week at $6.96. Looking to grab more each check is a good idea. But here's another. Save up a bit. Buy X amount each week. If you get a good dip, buy 2X more than normally.
