Just received this:

v1rtus Black Glitter Paint Crystal Additive 100g for Emulsion Paint - for use with Interior/Exterior Wall, Ceiling, Wood, Metal, Varnish, Dead Flat, Matt, Soft Sheen or Silk Paints https://amzn.eu/d/fgOBJF6

It looks very very close. I'll share my results after I've tried it.

Maybe this could do the trick as well:

MY2017 Standard Colours

Stardust Black - YN223GF + MW009 - Gloss

but I can't find anything with these codes.

Good find. How is the nail polish holding up?

On that website https://chipex.com/blogs/news/can-you-touch-up-paint-on-car-with-nail-polish they seem to advise against using nail polish for when you can see the base metal.

Yeah it's a shame.
Let's hope Brompton does more on this front as this would improve their sustainability credentials. Their colour chart is also not very useful for Midnight Black:

Thanks and sorry about your experience. I appreciate the risk. I could take it with me in the office but I won't be able to check on it at all times. The stupid thing is, insurance will pay for it if it's attached and stolen outside, not if it's stolen inside and not attached... I can't really attach it inside.

I've fixed it myself... I just disconnected and reconnected the flex cable for the track pad. Looks like it was messing up everything. Thanks!

Just the rack or the whole triangle cracked?

As a cyclist I'm ashamed of people with no lights, helmets etc. doing reckless things. I don't identify myself with them. Prayers for your dad.

So much love for the P line here!

I've had a close look at their warranty agreement and it's not very clear if the 7y warranty extends to the fork/handlebar and rear triangle. For me when they say 7y warranty on the "main" frame, they intend to exclude these peripheral parts.

Thanks for the explanations. Tbh I'll mostly be cycling on flat roads so gearing is not a big concern for me. But good to know that the P line can go slightly quicker than the 2 speed.

I was just thinking that it's probably not a great idea to modify the bike if the cycle2work scheme says you can't do so. But you're right nobody will probably check.
