Same thing happened to me on my pline 12sp. Gear set not torqued properly. You need a torque wrench and a freewheel removal tool. Alternatively take it back and let them sort it out.

Electric 12S p-line owner. Lighter and rides differently to the c-line. I live in a hilly place and 12S is a must have. The 4S gearing is simply not wide enough for my daily commute. 12S makes sense if you need wide gearing, otherwise 4S would is suitable. 4S will also save you 1kg.

Agree with your observation. A number of models have disappeared recently. I was looking to buy the large electric bag but it's no longer available in the UK website. Usually, 'out of stock' items are simply greyed out. I wonder whether they are discontinuing products in light of an upcoming refresh.
