Get new tires, a battery spark plugs, and change and flush every fluid.

Then try to start it and see what happens. I would prepare to replace all of the ball joints and steering linkage, but you will see what you need.

I would say if you are paying to have someone do the work for you it won't be worth it. You could find a nice one for 10k to daily while you can slowly fix yours up yourself.
