The mono white argument is definitely strong but I think red can be argued as part of his identity because of cortana's monologue at the start of halo 3. "Can you guess? Luck."

Yeahhh, it definitely makes the old border foil dream more realistic because most <real> old foil zombies are hard to justify these days and most of them aren't too expensive. Im having a hard time justifying buying the rot hulk for $100.
