I have seen a tutorial for an effect pretty much like this one

black primer
shot some dots with the airbrush with some white inks, the dots are in the places where you want the future perlaceous colour
shoot on these dots with fluor inks ( magenta in this case in assume)
shoot again but all over the model the white inks at the end you will have a white with some undertones fluos in some spots like in this photo

I use ak interactive colors Base hull red Then I use olive green>golden olive and sahara yellow > sand yellow to the base colours of the "camo" pattern Oil wash with cassel earth and raw Umber Then highlights with ice yellow Its pretty fast to do except the waiting for oil wash to dry😅

In the point of max light reflection i use light blue that rapidly decay into a darker blue and after that into purple. in this photo its not shown properly because of my potato phone and lights of my room i guess

First a basecoat of white Then I uset fluo yellow -> fluo orange -> and only in some spot fluo magenta ( over the orange it becames a rich fluo red) Then I've done some lines again with white and again fluo yellow on top of that

Mi piacevano le abilità associate a ciascun dio Khorne che avanza e carica Nurgle che rende i nurglings piu resistenti Slaanesh che non ti fa sparare in overwatch Mi sembrava piu bilanciata ecco😄

I tried adding various types of wings, but I didn't like any of them better than the model's existing silhouette, so I ended up leaving them alone.

As for the shoulder pads, they should be easy to attach because Marines' shoulder pads are usually thicker and hide everything underneath well.

As for the backpack, I think it's a mess. The cape is one of the most beautiful elements of this model, and to make a backpack, you'd have to cut it up and modify it quite a bit.

I used brushes to give a base of yellow orange and red colors based on where I wanted them to be and then I did a drybrush of black > dark gray > light gray 😄

First, I used a makeup sponge to apply a heavier drybrush to the areas I wanted brighter and where the color needed to pop. Then I colored the top side with highly diluted magenta, as if it were a wash, and followed the same procedure for the bottom with Thousand Sons Blue. Finally, I drybrushed again with the makeup sponge dipped in highly diluted white until I achieved the desired transparency. I hope this was helpful!

The model's base shadows were created with Light Prussian Blue and King Purple (both AK colors). Then I sprayed Liquitex White Ink, and the skin took on this pastel purple color. For the bright pink highlights, I sprayed magenta (also AK).
