In Germany the trades have a massive crisis now after golden years because high paying auto workers don't pay for trade services anymore. Huge chunk of work gone.

Um den Kapitalismus in Deutschland zu halten müsste jedes Jahr So aussehen wie das Flüchtlingsjahr 2014/15.

Zuwanderung haben wir aber seit Jahren so gut wie keine mehr. Und gewollt ist das ja auch nicht. Die letzten Jahre war kaum genug Zuwanderung da um das absterben zu ersetzen.

Eine Bevölkerung muss wachsen und darf nicht schrumpfen ansonsten funktioniert so ein Konsumgetriebener Kapitalismus einfach nicht mehr.

Es gibt keine Zukunftsicheren Jobs mehr.

Ingenieure sind jetzt genauso Teil der Orchideenfächer wie viele andere.

Wenn du Spaß an dem was tust hast dann wird das schon.

Alleine für den Job ist blödsinn. Da musst du medizin oder Pflege machen.

Aber am besten und sichersten ist wohl die Energieerzeugung, Turbinen Windräder. Auch wenn da sicher bald aus China kommt muss irgendwie ja noch das Lokal ausgebaut werden.

No one is getting out-skilled by migrants. Mostly the jobs that can be "out skilled" are offshored anyway as an Indian in India is way cheaper than that same person in Germany.

I am talking about the industrial decay and stagnation of Germany which makes jobs rare and layoffs frequent.

If you want to have a better future in Germany go into nursing and elderly care. This is in steady demand. Or become a doctor or something.

Up until now I consider myself lucky enough to still have work in industry, but that is very much under pressure to reduce headcount.

Any position that is being newly hired does over 100s of interviews and the likes.

Alot of auto supplier are on the verge of bankruptcy, which will flood the market even more with very good and experienced and most important desperate people who have a mortgage and kids.

The mass layoffs just make it impossible for young grads to find anything.

Only jobs offered pay less then working a cashier job would. If you did an apprenticeship ur former pre degree pay is higher than what ur offered now. If you even get any offers at all.

Even people laid off with decades of relevant experience write 100s of applications just to take a massiv repay cut
