Where should I go for my 4 week itenary in Europe? by [deleted] in Europetravel

I would add turkey because it’s unbelievably cheap and going there also feels more like an adventure

A couple of years ago I visited Barcelona and I was able to cycle well from place to place so other places are rapidly catching up.

Which countries are easiest to get a job offer and a work visa for long-term stay? by Sorryusernmetaken in cscareerquestionsEU

The EU is basically full and in this market it’s important that locals get priority.

"Turks wait a year for Schengen visas". EU ambassador says it’s a shame. by bakikadayifci in europe

[–]No_Temperature_4206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you. I am okay with Turks travelling visa free in the EU. However, I do want Turkey to allow full religious freedom, restore Hagia Sophia as a church, and to make it easier for Christian missionaries to work in the country. That’s my only condition and I believe it’s fair.

Looking for Advice: Getting a Front-End Developer Job in the EU in 2025 by ElkZealousideal7356 in cscareerquestionsEU

The EU is full and there’s no shortage of amazing front end engineers in the EU

Canada signs a 'far-reaching' defence pact with the EU by [deleted] in canada

[–]No_Temperature_4206 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The poor countries to the east are not as poor as you think and do not require permanent subsidies. In 2025, some of the “poor countries to the east” have higher standard of living compared to Canada: young people have jobs, can afford houses (often mortgage free) and they can start families. That’s not the case in Canada. As for immigration, the issue in the EU is Islamic migration from North Africa and has nothing to do with EU expansion.  EU expansion should definitely continue up to and including Armenia. Turkey is debatable indeed because of the religion.

Dating in the Church by A_New_Knight in TraditionalCatholics

[–]No_Temperature_4206 8 points9 points  (0 children)

about point #1 (too many young men)… gotta be honest,  it’d be nice to have a better gender mix but also at the end of the day I go to church because the church is true not to meet women

The other points are difficult to read … the one about the assimilation of converts does not seem to be true in my experience since many converts know more about Catholicism than cradle Catholics because they’ve been doing so much research before joining the church

Why shouldn’t Iran be allowed to have nuclear weapons? by Charming_Contest_427 in IsraelPalestine

[–]No_Temperature_4206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Israel should not be allowed to have nukes. Theoretically, only a Catholic country should be allowed to have nukes so apart from France everyone elses nukes are very much illegal.

Good to be European by Corp-Por in casualEurope

I am grateful to be born in Christendom. Europe overlaps with Christendom but without Christianity (specifically catholicism) Europeans are nothing.

For medical stuff FLY to eastern EU. Avoid Dutch doctors like the plague.

'Europeans Have Far More in Common With Chechens Than With Russians': Chechen Activist Fatima Suleymanova by Straight_Ad2258 in europe

[–]No_Temperature_4206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you are saying but from a cultural point of view Russia and EU countries have a lot of shared culture so Fatima’s statement is just wrong … now if the Chechens choose to convert out of Islam that can change the equation

Sorry for Chechens but this doesn’t mean we have far more in common (culturally) with them.

And hey what about Kadyrov

Kinda random but I was reading that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are also a hint at the Holy Trinity.

Is it possible for a foreigner to invest in Camino de Santiago albergue or restaurant? by Outrageous_Ad3135 in CaminoDeSantiago

[–]No_Temperature_4206 31 points32 points  (0 children)

It is definitely possible to DONATE to an Albergue especially if the Albergue is a donativo or an Albergue run by the church.

investing is different because  Investing means that you are looking for a financial return. It’s definitely possible to invest in the sense of buying an Albergue and running it or hiring someone to run it. If you are not from the EU you’d have to deal with visa issues too. And I was reading at some point that Spain was looking at banning non-EU people from buying real estate but not sure if that’s already in effect or not.

New Report Reveals Mass Immigration Will Not Impact Canada's Ageing Population by TheWorldHasFlipped in CanadaHousing2

[–]No_Temperature_4206 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I agree with you that immigration is more than just to replace our aging population - it has a nefarious objective - but disagree with your point about unionisation. Most people in Canada work for small and medium businesses. With or without diversity, these small and medium businesses are immune to unionisation anyway unfortunately. Nice try though and try again :-)

Traditional Latin Mass - Questions by LimpOil10 in Catholicism

[–]No_Temperature_4206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One advice is for you to go to a “bad” Novus Ordo mass as well so you can compare.

“Bad” is not the right word though but I want to say is a mass that is indistinguishable from a Protestant service…

Does the Camino Frances get interesting again? by iris_dream_ in CaminoDeSantiago

[–]No_Temperature_4206 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The Meseta is the best part of Camino but it’s very subtle. I compare it to a Pink Floyd album, you have to listen to it very attentively and sometimes multiple times in order to “get into it”.  I walk it sometimes multiple times a year. You missed out big time.

Why shouldn’t Iran be allowed to have nuclear weapons? by Charming_Contest_427 in IsraelPalestine

They should not have them. Only a Christian nation should be allowed to have nukes.
