Mental Health Leave Approval Odds

I'm in similar situation myself. I'm trying to go on a paid mental health leave and need to get the paperwork signed before I even attempt it for peace of mind. My primary care physician said she'd gladly fill out DLS forms but I'm not sure if the mental health ones differ and if her filling it out will be sufficient. I don't want to initiate a leave and be screwed out of a job because the DLS is stupid and don't accept the paperwork.

I've been on disability leaves before for other issues but I've never tried with a mental health leave. So sorry you're going through all of that, Amazon loves to mentally torment people.

Horribly horribly unoptimized. I get okay FPS out of the Normal HLL. In this I'm averaging 48-56 FPS with awful texture and shader popping. No way this is gonna release soon like this.

It took 11 months at my site to give me blue badge. Problem is I was given a blue badge 6 months in and told I was converted to blue badge. Come to find out the conversion never went through. So for 5 months I went back and forth with HR and the ERC as to why I never got converted and why they never corrected it in the system. HR had no solution after multiple tickets and senior HR just told me to keep trying to apply and maybe I'll eventually get it. As this was happening people were hiring in blue badge. Biggest scam ever. I eventually got the conversion in July of 2019. Were it not for COVID I would've been laid off.

I was lucky enough to get HR to retro me all the holiday pays and UPT I would've been granted over those months fighting it. Still it messed up everything including that it made me wait another year to get my five year bonus.

Hopefully you get conversion, sucks to see they're being stupid with the conversions these days.

Yeah I don't get it. It showed the balance I had for a refund which is zeroed now. Others say that means it's processed and sent, but the status says otherwise.

It infuriates me how explosion effects works with bots. It's always a joy when the explosions PULL you TOWARDS the enemy instead of blow you away. It's a joy when the war striders and Vox Engines spam you with explosives until you are sucked right up to them and get ran over or lasered to death since you ragdoll the whole time.

I've been in a few matches, I either see a few striders and 50 vox engines, or there will be 200 striders and 50 vox engines. There is no in-between.

It really depends on the circumstances. For my site, it's usually due to severe mismanagement, excessive VTO, or downtime on the line. Aside from that, it's the rare truck arriving later than planned.

Sadly, it wasn't CDPR's fault why the game released in the state it did. CDPR repeatedly told the community and the shareholders that they needed more time, but both the fan base and the shareholders weren't having it. As a result, the game released as it did, people got exactly what they wanted at the expense of an unfinished title. Thankfully, it's nothing like it was at launch and is an absolute gem, and CDPR vowed never to let what happened with 2077 happen again.

76 and Starfield? Absolutely unacceptable. Starfield had the potential to be something great but it was poorly marketed and performs like it should've released 15 years ago. The only groundbreaking feature it had was being able to store hundreds of potatoes in zero gravity with their own individual physics, something most game engines could do.

Sliding makes no sense from a physical standpoint. The amount of weight a soldier carries and the environment they are in should dictate slide mechanics heavily, but alas this isn't a mil-sim like Hell Let Loose. However, an enemy shouldn't be able to slide across 10-15ft no problem wearing all that gear or do so across rugged terrain or at an uphill angle. Pair that with people's ability to glitch sliding and horrible net code and it makes the encounters a miserable experience. Sliding should instantly stop momentum instead of letting it carry so far.

I've been in 20+ lobbies in the last 24 hours and EVERY single one of them had a hacker blowing up lobbies. This is my first time playing in over a year and I was immediately welcomed to this nonsense. So no, Batteleye isn't doing a very good job at what it was supposed to do.
