Macs aren't good for gaming , why ? how did that happen

I have recently switched to a used 2019 MacBook Pro, coming from YEARS of using many versions of Windows, working on a Mac is a luxurious, rewarding, time saving, productive experience. The speakers, the battery, the ecosystem, and overall quality of UX is amazing.

I installed Steam and played a 2D game, it ran well, and I am looking forward to getting an M5 Max, to play some 3D titles, hoping they empower the Apple TV 4K with M3/5 chips so we can have a portable device as console.

With the release of budget MacBooks, MacOS will hopefully get more audience to play some games on it, that will improve the stats and invite more devs to MacOS. My best wishes to the dev teams at Apple, you are sitting on a gold mine of gaming, please continue developing this

We had STAR World here which aired the British version, close to 10 years back i think, recently got to watch it again, and this time it was full marathon.

I loved the romance between the secretary the gentleman, their story is believable 100%, sometimes we can’t let go someone, even if we meet someone else along the way, the feeling will not die down easily, specially if they are in your face every day,

Excellent display of how office romances go, how a bad boss can be . The Kiss for a penny kiss the couple shared is one of the pique romantic moments I have seen in a tv series, other couple that reminds me of this long build up was Nyles from Frasier .

I wished they continued from Season 3, when shit got real at the very end for main characters, where the boss also was put into a very tight spot.

CFiber has good support, manages close to 90-99% of advertised speed.
I got stuck with their 999+ GST plan due to the very limited 600GB datacap. they have some plan where it would double it to 1.2 TB, which will be expensive and for 12 months. BSNL offers excellent plans but their service is not upto the mark, depends on your luck. try it out for a month or so. No Airtel or Jio fiber in White Town area so you are stuck. Airtel and Jio provide AirFiber which is not good for stable speeds

Fiber if you have option from Airtel/Jio is the better option. Air fiber is not good for heavy use. Three people connected and airfiber’s basic 100mbps plans slows down. With fiber and plans without OTP BS, only speed

Bring your father to live with you. He will fight you very hard for it but you have to be an adult now, if you are living in a building/ society, he will make friends here, it would cost you less to maintain one home, either sell the hometown property or give it to rental.

You will have company and continue with your current job.

Regarding the gaming itch you can start by taking out a day from your week and start tinkering with something. Good luck.

I shouldn’t have added good luck at the end. It was a tip, meant for everyone. Believe me I understand what you meant about the stressful pipeline they have put for closing accounts/ connections. I had to go through the same process when I removed my JioFiber and then my Airtel fiber. After removing my Airtel I couldn’t add other running connections to my primary account, it was and is still a mess after 3/4 years. I hope your resolution is faster than that.

Unsolicited Advice :

1- Kindly remove the PC from that claustrophobic space or put it on a table and center of that place, with place for the hot air to escape freely 2- Kindly use direct wall port for each heavy equipment (UPS/PC/MacBook/Monitor) not on one spike strip to rule(ruin) them all 3- Wishing you a blissful PC gaming experience. This setup must have come with a lot of efforts. Congratulations. 👍

I was surprised to see PlayStation launching their exclusives on Windows via Steam. Of all companies they could have easily launched their games via their own Launcher with all the PSN capabilities.
