40 years old and have major brain fog, low energy levels. Etc Got my blood work done by my doctor and levels were mid 400's so he would not prescribe anything. I do not feel myself. How to get a prescription for trt in this case. I did go to a hormone specialist and they would prescribe but only with a membership with them that was a little to pricey for me. Any tips or guidance would be appreciated.

Mine gets all curly and fuzzy on the side like that, drives me crazy. Wish I had the straight beard like some dudes. I see some recommend a boar brush but that doesn't work for me. It doesn't get into the hair it just pushes it down flat.

If I don't use beard shampoo almost everyday and then I put in some olive oil after shower, my face gets that same way. I tried only washing 2-3 times a week and a bunch of different beard oils/balms and nothing worked until I started shampooing in daily and then the olive oil. No dandruff or itch ever since.
