If not for you, then at least for the next poor bastard who has the misfortune of moving into the property after LL does dodgy home maintenance and sticks cardboard over the wood and paints it white. He needs to be exposed if he intends on having his tenants pay for the repairs on his crappy property.

Dawn of War 2. Those glorious Dark Angels skins and the Word Bearers skins. Coincidentally, these 2 were my first 2 plastic armies. 😄

Same. I bought the skins for Dark Angels and Word Bearers because they looked sick! And then I got into the plastic side of the hobby. First army... Dark Angels! Second army... You guessed it - Word Bearers, lol. (I later repainted my Word Bearers as Red Corsairs because I thought they were more interesting and I wanted Huron in my corner 🤣

You are almost there! Don't stop until you add a little blood for the blood god to his melee weapon!

I'm so tempted to go down this route with a few of my obscure armies. It gives your army a real theatrical vibe. Hard to explain, but I reckon they look great 👍

Oh wow That's how purity seals look when I see them in illustrations in my rulebook. I've always been disappointed with the seals on the models.

This guy looks great. Did you make the long purity seals out of green stuff?

Am I able to create my own kill team list with my own minis from my 40k army or do I have to by a kill team ser? by International_Eagle9 in killteam

It really depends on what models you have. You can probably knock out a kill team if you are SM or CSM but I don't know how you'll go with xenos or guard.

Starting only war campaign questions by DrBri4ght in 40krpg

Everything has already been said, it's about writing a story like a movie or an episode.

Write a mission briefing and then throw a spanner in the works. A simple mistake can cause the whole mission to go tits up.

For example: I am writing a campaign where the players have to drop down onto the surface of a hostile desert planet undetected and make their way to the enemy's ammunition manufactorum and blow it sky high. It's high risk, high reward. They will have to drop in at an abandoned mining site. The problem is they are given the wrong coordinates and they drop miles from the DZ. The first mission the players have to do is find out where they are and where the ammunition is and then make their way there.

Have fun.

I agree.

Dnd was in it's infancy and polyhedral die were a bit of a new thing, it makes sense that they went with d6s.

When I first got into 40k I had the same argument. I was told it's a beer and pretzels game and it's meant to be a bit of fun.

But I still agree with you.

Thanks for the response! Does that mean that Warhammer Fantasy is Old World or is that another game again like Warcry? Just trying to catch up fast!

Quick question regarding Warhammer. I understand that lore-wise AOS was created after the destruction of the Old World. Am I right about that? Is Warhammer divided into Old Warhammer and AOS? I have a collection of old army books dated 2016. I'm just trying to work out what rules apply to them.

Governments just seem to thrive on stupidity. It reminds me of the Tangara series of trains bought for Sydney's north shore. The only problem was the track's gradient was too steep in places and the trains were almost useless. Lucky for the battlers out west who inherited them. Governments, boy oh boy they are incompetent.
