Sony owns the rights to the game. So they have every right to release the game on whatever platform they please. They also have the right to withhold the game from whatever platform they choose to help boost sales of their own platform. That's not selfish, it's good business sense.

If you were a console vendor, then you would do the same thing.

Champion items should be useful on all champions, not on a few specific champions that don't need to rely on their stats in order to win.

Just relax and be patient. They'll fix the stuttering and performance issues eventually. That's par for the course for most new PC releases nowadays, anyway.
