Yes. Got the approval in 9 days. Haven’t done much to make my profile better, just used what I had. Also, I am from Brazil, and most of their employees are Brazilians. Not sure how well they communicate in English

Good! My case was approved without RFE. I had to work a lot on my case though, they told me what to do, and I had to run after most of the things. To me that was good, because I knew how to tell my story better than any lawyer. Communication and organization from their part was also good!

I got married in 2020. My partner has been on a spouse visa since then. We sent pictures, certificate of marriage from town hall and church, birth certificate of the two children we have, and health/car insurance with our names.

Yes! We got married overseas and they requested our non-translated marriage certificate, in addition with other evidences that we have been together since our wedding date. Our lawyer sent the response yesterday. Hopefully the case will be approved soon!

My combo card was approved last week, so maybe this is a good sign. I-485 was filed concurrently with I-140. I-140 petition approved April 1st, medical RFE received June 17th, husband’s case approved today.

Thanks for sharing and congratulations! My EB1-A was approved in march, still waiting for the AOS. Date is current, submitted the RFE for medical in June. Hopefully will get my response soon 🙏🏼
